		<description>I believe you are thinking of the elgato eyetv hybrid (I have this one as well).  I was referring to the turbo.264HD I am not 100% sure if it would help in this case, but it does help dramatically encoding to h264 in quicktime.  I do plan to kick it around and see though</description>

		<description>Would the H.264 adapter from ElGato make this better as it is a hardware de/encoder?  I do have the 5dmkII and the ElGato so when I scrounge up some free time I may look into that.</description>
