it worries me that the uk canon site has announced that they are &quot;working on&quot; an update and they only state the 24, 25p aspect. no mention of 60p, then again, it was in october and i guess they dont have to mention EVERYTHING that they are working on.

		<description>Actually, unless I am mistaken, 30fps@1080p requires more bandwidth than 60fps@720p. So yes, the 5D could handle 60@720p which is the reason I complained about this for so long ;-)</description>

		<description>absolutely.. ive trawled the web trying to find bits of information or at least more comments from tim smith, the canon rep in the video. but have found nothing, i REALLY want the 60p. i have also heard from various people on forums that the dual digic in the 7d is more for the burst rate as opposed to the 60p function. if anyone can confirm any stats regarding this that would be great... i wonder if magic lantern could do it? i guess if its possible, canon would do it... why not, its a much more expensive camera, more $$ for them!</description>
